My Process
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
We have an initial consultation in which I learn about you, your brand, your product, your vision and your goals. This is a casual, friendly conversation in which I pick your brain, ask questions and we bounce ideas around on how best to align with your goals.
2. ASSESSMENT
With the insights obtained, I go onto identify KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and assess your current brand’s positioning, product offering, social media presence and marketing tools & channels (like your website, mailing list, etc.) against these KPIs to get a clear idea of where your brand is in its journey and what aspects of your brand and/or product offering can/should be improved.
3. CREATE STRATEGY
Following the consultation and research, an initial report is compiled which includes my findings along with a strategy to improve your brand, product offering and brand presence (including your website and social media) for a monthly fee unique to your needs.
This strategy may be further refined after your review, and services may be added or removed per your request. Once you’re ready, we continue to the next steps.
4. BUILD & MARKET
We work on the design of your brand and product offering; set-up and/or improve your marketing channels & tools; identify effective keywords; run your marketing campaign(s) and manage your social media.
We implement world-class standards across everything related to your brand from presentation to service and functionality; set-up an AI-empowered workflow; position your brand as an authority in your space; and ensure there is maximum brand awareness in your target market(s).
5. TEST & RESEARCH
We base all our major decisions on data, performing regular tests & research to establish the effectivity of our work.
We identify where further improvements may be made when it comes to the design of your brand, its products and its tools, as well as the marketing thereof.
6. IMPROVE & OPTIMIZE
We steadily implement findings from our testing and research to ensure that your brand’s image and positioning is effective amongst your audience, that your product offering suits and effectively services your target market, and that you gain maximum exposure to loyal supporters and high-quality leads.
7. RINSE & REPEAT
We repeat this process – each time gaining more clarity on your brand and product offering, your target market, new industry developments, and the most effective way to position and market your brand and product(s).
